Our Story
Fort Lauderdale Beach / Before Sunrise
Before AFORCE had a name, it had a ritual.

It beganwith a pause.

Two brothers. Two moments of stillness. One belief about how performance begins.

Enter the story
The FoundersFrom the Beginning

Before the story was told.
Two brothers. One frame.

01The Stillness

The world slowed down.

Before the World Wakes

Meetings stopped. Travel slowed. The constant noise was replaced by something Brandon had not experienced in years: stillness. Before sunrise, he began driving to Fort Lauderdale Beach. He would meditate, sit quietly with his thoughts and then walk the shoreline as the day began. Those mornings changed the direction of his life.

What if hydration belonged at the beginning of performance — not after it?

  • 01The athlete before the opening whistle.
  • 02The surgeon before the first incision.
  • 03The founder before the defining decision.
  • 04The parent before the household wakes.
That was the idea.
02The CallOne Call, Two Brothers

Brandon stopped walking and called Julius.

I think I just came up with the next big thing.

Julius immediately understood what Brandon saw. This was not simply another alkaline beverage. It was an opportunity to give hydration a different role — to make it part of how people prepared. That phone call became the first day of AFORCE.

03The Work

Then came two years of hearing the same answer.

“It’s impossible.”

Creating an alkaline hydration beverage with the taste, stability and performance profile they envisioned had not been done. Most people would have accepted the answer. The brothers treated it as the brief.

The spreadsheet that changed everything

The next answer was hiding in an old file.

While searching through his computer, Brandon found a spreadsheet he had not opened in years. On it was the name of a woman who specialized in pH science.

I can’t do it — but I know the person who might.

She introduced the brothers to an experienced beverage scientist whose work had supported nationally recognized products. He had never built anything exactly like AFORCE before.

I’ve never built anything like this before. But I believe we can.
05Building What Didn’t Exist

Belief became repetition.

Formulate. Fail. Adjust. Return.

The process required repeated formulations, difficult decisions, long days and the discipline to keep going when the result was not ready. They were not trying to make hydration more complicated. They were giving it a clearer role: the first physical action in a performance ritual.

06The Second Vision

Then the vision widened.

The drink was only the beginning.

As the beverage was taking shape, Julius had an unusually vivid dream. In it, AFORCE was not only a beverage company. Technology existed alongside the drink as part of one connected performance system. The product could create the first action. Technology could help people understand it, repeat it and turn preparation into daily behavior. When Julius shared the vision with Brandon, the next chapter of AFORCE began to take shape.

Two defining ideas. One shared condition.

Stillness.

Only later did the pattern become clear. That is why the AFORCE ritual begins with Pause. Not because it sounds good. Because stillness created the space for AFORCE to exist.

07The BrotherhoodBehind the Discipline

The work was serious.
The brotherhood stayed human.

UnscriptedBetween takes NN

AFORCE was not built by two people who agreed on everything. It was built by brothers who trusted each other’s strengths enough to challenge the idea, protect the standard and keep moving.

Brotherhood is accountability you cannot hide from.

Between the hard decisions, the setbacks and the pressure, they never lost the part that made the work worth doing together.

08What AFORCE Is BecomingMore Than a Beverage

A readiness company.

Human first. System second. The product supports the behavior — it never replaces it.

01
Hydration
The physical beginning. One intentional Water-First action before the moment.
02
The Ritual
Pause. Hydrate. Lock-In. Perform. A sequence designed to be lived.
03
AFORCE OS
The intelligence layer designed to turn preparation into a repeatable habit.

The arena may change. The standard does not.

What It Was Always About

It was never
about the water.

One of us woke before the sun, just to be still. One of us believed it could be bigger than a bottle.
Both were right.

The Moment Before

Before the whistle.
Before the meeting.
Before the first incision.
Before the word that changes everything.

Everyone stands in that silence.
Most meet it unprepared.

One sip, taken on purpose.
Repeated until it was a ritual.
Lived until it was who you are.
Measured until you could trust it.
Carried into the moment that mattered.

Pause.  Hydrate.  Lock-In.  Perform.

The moment is loud.
The preparation is silent.
We built a company for the silence.

Performance is
Non-Negotiable.

What began with two brothers, before sunrise, on an empty beach — no longer belongs to them. It belongs to everyone preparing for what comes next.
