Subscription Terms

These terms govern AFORCE recurring subscriptions. They supplement the general Terms of Service. By starting a subscription, you authorize AFORCE (through its payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis under the terms below until you cancel.

01Recurring Offers

AFORCE currently offers the following recurring subscriptions:

AutoPilot (Ritual Membership) — recurring product delivery. Current pricing: sticks $59.99/month; cans $29.99 per 6-pack, monthly. Renews monthly.
Command — Monthly — $20/month. Renews monthly.
Command — Annual — $200/year. Renews yearly.

[Pending confirmation — revenue/ops]: confirm each price, cadence, and the canonical free-shipping / tax handling against the live storefront and payment processor before publication, and keep these figures in sync with the storefront configuration (single source of truth).

02Automatic Renewal

Each subscription automatically renews at the then-current price and interval shown at purchase, and continues until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment unless expressly stated at the point of sale. The material renewal terms — amount, billing interval, that the plan auto-renews until canceled, and how to cancel — are disclosed adjacent to each subscription control before you authorize the purchase.

[Pending confirmation — engineering]: confirm exactly when each renewal charge occurs (e.g., on the calendar anniversary of purchase) and state it here and at checkout.

04Cancellation

You can cancel online at any time in the AFORCE OS app, without calling or chatting with a retention agent. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a charge that has already been made except as required by law or as stated below.

05Price Changes

[Pending confirmation — counsel]: state how price changes are handled — the notice provided before a changed price takes effect and your right to cancel before it does — consistent with applicable law and processor requirements.

06Renewal Notices

[Pending confirmation — counsel/engineering]: configure and describe any state-required pre-renewal and post-purchase notices, including annual auto-renewal reminders, and the acknowledgment sent after purchase containing the recurring terms and cancellation instructions.

07Billing, Taxes & Shipping

Recurring charges are processed by our payment processor. Applicable taxes and any shipping are calculated based on your address at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
