01Shipping

Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

[Pending confirmation — ops/revenue]: confirm the canonical free-shipping threshold (if any) and processing/delivery timeframes, and keep them in sync with the storefront settings (single source of truth). Note: any free-shipping-threshold messaging shown on the storefront must reference the live configured value, never a placeholder amount.

02Returns & Refunds

[Pending confirmation — ops/counsel]: state the return window, condition requirements, refund method and timing, who pays return shipping, and any consumable/opened-product limitations. Reconcile with the storefront/checkout return policy and any satisfaction guarantee offered.

03Subscription Orders

Recurring (AutoPilot / Command) orders are governed by the Subscription Terms, including automatic renewal and cancellation.
